FOR CLERGY

FOR EVERYONE

"Life is difficult.."
M. Scott Peck wrote those words decades ago and they are especially true of ministry today. Every day clergy are faced with unrealistic expectations, polarized politics, greying congregants, financial stress, family responsibilities and more. All this can lead to compassion fatigue, loneliness, spiritual exhaustion and isolation. Instead of the question, "What happened to my passion for God and God's Kingdom?", you might ask, "How can I rediscover my spiritual vitality, and ministry focus?"

Transitions are a challenge
Perhaps you are going through one of ministries many transitions. Transitions are exciting and yet can be anxiety producing. Are you newly ordained, experiencing a new call, anticipating retirement? How are you doing navigating these changes?

You don't have to be clergy to benefit from coaching.

People from all walks of life can benefit. I have enjoyed working with clients in the areas of their spiritual, financial, relational, professional, lifestyle and wellness goals.

Coaching isn't about fixing what’s broken; it’s about unlocking what is possible in your life. People often seek coaching when they feel stuck, face a major transition, or simply want to move from where they are to a better future.

Coaching is about a freedom to break free, to gain clarity about old patterns, and to help you build a roadmap, with accountability, to help you achieve the goals and dreams you have.

Whether you're looking to enhance your leadership, find better work/life balance, or navigate a season of change, as your coach I act as your partner to help you get to where you want to go with more confidence.

What can coaching offer you?

My coaching offers:
A non-judgmental and empathetic ear. I aim to practice "the Jesus way" of caring for people;
listening, asking intuitive questions, and supporting you in achieving a life that is fulfilling, personally and professionally.
